Qmail-scanner and new Sophos scanner

Hi, There is now a new version of Sophos (v5.0), which seems to be using /opt/sophos-av/bin/savscan instead of the old sweep. The installer also includes an on-access scanner which is disabled on the mail server. Sophos have seemed to not support as highly the older versions, our enterprise manager doesn't allow us to download the older versions we were using before. Anyone come across this and can shed any light on qmail-scanner support?
