Facundo,

Recheck your QS's documentation.  I believe sa_delete is in addition to 
spamassassin's local.cf required_hits.  I have Qmail-scanner 1.25 
patched with Salvatore's st patch with sa_quarantine=0.1, sa_delete=1 
and local.cf required_hits=4.  Those numbers have kept my mail customers 
very happy over the last few years.
