About three times a week, I get a flurry of emails from open relays that
bypass my spam filters. The problem resides in the fact that SpamAssassin
chokes on the email. Instead of the normal scoring that I get from SA, I
get:
X-Spam-Status: No, hits=? required=?

I am running SA 3.1.0. Is this a known problem in the older version? Is it
worth the time/effort to upgrade to 3.1.4 to resolve this issue?

Here are the full headers of the message that causes the problem:

The body of the email contains nothing strange that I think would cause
this problem.
