spam not getting tagged properly

Hi,

I have this weird problem with my qmail, spamassassin, sophie (sophos) and
qmail-scanner setup.
Whenever a spam mail is received it is tagged, but only like the following
example:

Sophie works fine when I do a test_installation.sh from the contrib dir.
I have the following versions

   - spamassassin 3.1.5
   - Perl 5.8.4
   - qmail-scanner 2.01
   - sophie 3.91


When I check /var/log/mail.log I see the following:
