Hi

required_hits is an spamassassin settings, so you have to change it 
in local.cf, but it will be dangerous to lower the required_hits 
under 5.0 you will have a lot of false positives.

Check if you have enabled the networks test in spamassassin, add also 
DCC, Pyzor and/or Razor. Add more specific rules (check 
http://www.rulesemporium.com/). Teach your Bayes system...
