Problem with tmp dir in qmailscan

Hi all, in /var/spool/qmailscan/tmp I find this : drwx------ 2 qscand qscand 512 Oct 31 13:25 dns.pippo.int116229751677555673 drwx------ 2 qscand qscand 6144 Oct 31 13:31 dns.pippo.int116229779677555759 drwx------ 2 qscand qscand 512 Nov 10 09:28 dns.pippo.int11631473017757078 the first and the third are empty but the second contains this files : drwx------ 2 qscand qscand 6144 Oct 31 13:31 . drwx------ 5 qscand qscand 512 Nov 10 16:14 .. -rw------- 1 qscand qscand 25 Oct 31 13:31 1162297891.55769-0.dns.pippo.int -rw------- 1 qscand qscand 372 Oct 31 13:31 1162297891.55769-1.dns.pippo.int -rw------- 1 qscand qscand 28849 Oct 31 13:31 A0.dwg [ cut of many many files ] -rw------- 1 qscand qscand 88963 Oct 31 13:31 TIMBRO.dwg -rw------- 1 qscand qscand 12825457 Oct 31 13:31 orig-dns.pippo.int116229779677555759 the last file (orig-dns...) is 12MB large, if I open the file it appear to be a email file the first file contain 2 name : pluto minny the second in like the first but have "html" sctructure My server configuration is qmail+qmailscanner+spamassasin+clamav How can I clean/flush this directory?
