find mail in quarantine

I am useing qmail-scanner.pl script and quarantine all mail to quarantine folder now around 15000 mail daily in my spam folder but how can i find false positive mail in my quarantine folder means any script which is manipulate and distribute all mail to specified users give me some idea about it
