nice.

i've never had any need to look in the quarantine area directly (or  
at least not in a few years) so i had forgotten about this.

that makes it a lot easier to deal with... just grab the addresses  
within double-quotes on the X-Qmail-Scanner-Mail-From and X-Qmail- 
Scanner-Rcpt-To lines, and use those on the qmail-inject command line  
(and yes, don't send those lines into qmail-inject.)
