Whats using /tmp/ ?

Whats wrong here please - I just noticed this in maillog:

Jan 30 15:23:08 xxx spamd[2849]: Creating default_prefs 
[/tmp/.spamassassin/user_prefs]
Jan 30 15:23:08 xxx spamd[2849]: Cannot write to 
/tmp/.spamassassin/user_prefs: Permission denied
Jan 30 15:23:08 xxx spamd[2849]: Couldn't create readable default_prefs 
for [/tmp/.spamassassin/user_prefs]
