Qmail-Scanner Config File / Archive

I have tried to enable the archive option for qmail-scanner in
/etc/qmail-scanner.ini like this:

 

ARCHIVE="(addr1|addr2|addr3)\@clientdomain\.com"   # [yes|no|regex]

 

But I am seeing no mail in the location that I expect to see the
archives: /var/spool/qscan/archives/(new|cur|tmp)

 

Upon further investigation, I saw this line in my qmail-queue.log:

/var/spool/qscan/settings_per_domain.db doesn't exist falling to
installed scanners

 

So I went back into /etc/qmail-scanner.ini and turned off the per-domain
setting:

 

SETTINGS_PER_DOMAIN="no"               # [yes|no]

 

And restarted qmail (/etc/init.d/qmail restart).  The per domain errors
are still showing up and the archives are still empty.

 

It would appear that qmail-scanner is not looking at my
/etc/qmail-scanner.ini file.  Is that the normal location for that file?
Do I need to reload the config a different way?  As far as I can tell
qmail-scanner is just a perl script, so there is no daemon out there to
SIGHUP or anything.



On top of these issues, qmail-scanner is reporting an incorrect time in
my maillog - behind by 3 hours.  I am in -5 GMT so that stumps me:
