qmail-scanner not scan squirrel webmail

Dear ALL
I have qmail-ldap setup with qmail-scanner but when some users send mail via squirrel webmail thn qmail-scanner not check those mail via webmail but whn i send mail through outlook thn it is working fine and show me hit point of spam and as well as TAG what is the problem of this isse i have configure qmail-smtpd.rulse file properly but result still there
