554 qq permanent problem (#5.3.0)

Hi all;
I install qmail-scanner-2.01,clamav-0-88-7 and spamassassin on freebsd 6.2.
I have a problem : when I send email to users I got the error: 
Remote host said: 554 qq permanent problem (#5.3.0) 

I check the /var/log/qmail/smtpd/current log file :
