You can do what Kenny suggest or you can just resend the message to 
you with qmail-inject, for example:

/var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject [email protected] < 
/var/spool/qscan/quarantine/spam/new/apo146.pusc.it118238899180810903

Be aware that what you see above is only in one line...
