Upgrade qmail-scanner question

Hi,
 
I've a qmail server :
Netqmail 1.05, maildrop-1.8.0, qmail-scanner 1.25, daemontools-0.76
 
spamassassin & clamav
 
I would like to quarantine or bounce high scoring email I read it's possible on spamassassin web site Qmail-Scanner-2.01st (st patch) 
 
But if I'm not mistaken it's also possible with the new version 2.02
 
Is it possible for me to upgrade from v1.25 to 2.02 by remplacing qmail-scanner-queue.pl  ? Or their is some tricky stuff I should know ?
