a spam definitions database

Hello everybody,

First of all, I would like to say a special thanks to Jason Haar for the 
fast replying in my previous post from June 2nd, and my apologies for 
not replying earlier.
  

I would like to make a suggestion, perhaps someone (if there is a 
requirement from the wide audiance) can create a database of spam rules 
for qmail-scanner - Meaning - If people would share their rules with one 
another, it would help us all in creating s safer and cleaner email system.
I know I could use this kind of thing, I am currently spending a lot of 
time in creating my own rules while many others had created them before me.
