no incoming message

Dear all,

I have installed qmail & it work nice.But when i  installed
qmail-scanner & change /etc/tcp.smptd to :
#127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue"
:allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl"
my server doesn't has incoming.
I have 2 questions:
1.How can i solve it?
2.How can view scanner's queue? same qmHandle.
