Default "block" rule for attachments Q-S 1.25

Hi all,

I am aware that there is a later version of Q-S available, but I have 
not yet had a chance to implement this version into my existing system. 
Can anyone advise a way that Q-S 1.25 can adopt a 'block all' 
attachments except those explicitly allowed. For example: Block all 
attachments, allow .zip, .doc, .pdf, .xls etc.

I've seen the question asked a few times on various forums but no 
definitive answer given.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
