[Qmail-scanner-announce] Qmail-Scanner 2.06 released

2.06 is out the door with no major changes since the last rc2 release.

2.06 adds support for the current f-prot engine and contains a few
bugfixes for minor issues associated with MIME mail, sophie and weird
zip files.
