Disallowed MIME Content-Type found

Hi -


I have disabled MIME checks in qmail-scanner with:

my $BAD_MIME_CHECKS='0';

And yet I'm still getting these policy errors:

Quarantine-Description: Disallowed MIME Content-Type found - not valid
email


The messages have a MIME-Version header, but are missing a 
Content-Type header, which appears to be the cause of error as far as 
I can tell.


Also, I get the errors on messages, whether $IGNORE_EOL_CHECK is set 
to 0 or 1, so that doesn't make a difference.


Any ideas?
