qmail-scanner and duplicated email

Hi,

I have two qmail+vpopmail+qmail-scanner (one with 2.08 and one with 
2.10)+spamassassin 3.3.1 from Debian 6 repo.

Some times happens that a user receive the same email every 3 minutes. 
During the last week was happens two times with two different users and 
two differents senders.

Below the log when the problem occurs

recipient: [email protected],[email protected] (the problem occurs only 
with [email protected] ...)

As you can see the messagge from remote server are always the same.

How can I solve this problem?
