[SPAM] Tagging two subject lines in a message.

I noticed that I got several of these messages recently that have two 
subject lines and I see that spamassassin scored it as spam but I only 
see one subject line with my tag of " We have reason to believe this 
message is SPAM..." while leaving the other subject line untouched. How 
can I tag both subject lines with my tag?
