I don't understand what you mean with 'the execution of the command'.

There are two ways of changing the max-size:

1) You can reconfigure qmail-scanner (reinstalling it) adding the option

	--max-size 10485760

2) Edit the file qmail-scanner-queue.pl (usually in 
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl) with a text editor and change 
the parameter

	my $sa_maxsize='512000';

To the value you need.
