Randomly marking some messages as "Clear" even though they are over the delete threshold?

For example: X-Qmail-Scanner: 2.10st (Clear:RC:0(88.62.131.50):SA:1(10.0/5.0):. Processed in 3.024611 secs Process 10179) It's 10.0 which is TWICE the 5.0 I have configured...
