quota's

Hi

i have just hit a quota issue as i set all my users mbox limit to 50MB under
/var/spool/mail (quota's on /var)

I see from FAQ's

"You can also specify a separate directory for temporary files by using
the --enable-temp-drop-dir=path option with ./configure or adding set
temp-dir = path to a configuration file. "

how do i use a configuration file and restart (if needed) qpopper to use the
config file. i have space on the drive to add a new directory say
/users/tmp/mail and have popper use this for the .pop files.
