poppassd (v4.1a2) Unable to get canonical name of client

All,

Having issues with this canonical name.  ALL our systems are in the 
DNS, so I know that is not the issue.
Qpopper has no issue with reverse lookup.

Let me know what can be done to get poppassd to do the reverse lookup.
