RE: GDBM problem during make

Make sure there's only one ndbm.h file on your system and make sure it's a
compatible ones (usually from http://sleepycat.com is definitive) and not
third-party.
Usually when you have this problem you have a ndbm.h in /usr/include
somewhere and then an old or 3rd party one in /usr/local/include
