Export User mailbox

Hi, I use qpopper-4.0.9 with postfix/maia/amavis...is possible to export 
(and then import on another pop3 server with the same qpopper version) the 
user mailbox stored in /var/spool/mail/user1, /var/spool/mail/user2.... ?
