access contemporaneous

Hello, on more accounts I have problem because there are log-on contemporary
(ie from PC and from Blackberry), I have this error:

May 24 13:53:59 mail popper[15553]: xxxx at x.x.x.x (x.x.x.x): -ERR [IN-USE]
/var/mail/.xxxx.pop lock busy!  Is another session active? (11)

Is possible resolve this problem ?
