Fetchmail

I know this is not appropriate for this list, but i have a quick question 
regarding fetchmail. 

I have an email account at an ISP, with aliases on that account. Is it 
possible to get fetchmail to retrieve all messages from that account, and 
use the "To:" header field to deliver? At the moment, i have to set smtpname 
to a local account, else all messages are delivered externally (i.e. put 
into my alias/pppdir outgoing queue). 

Anyone know of a good fetchmail list?
