Confirm?

Hi Folks,
I'd like to use the confirm package to add the ability to confirm 
subscriptions and unsubscriptions to my list.  The FAQ says that it is 
available at ftp://ftp.pure.ch/smartlist but that link is now dead.

Is there a mirror somewhere else I could try?
