Mail not being received - apostrophes in names?

Dear all,

I may be clutching at straws here.  Is there any possibility that
apostrophes in names in e-mail lists may cause problems with list
processing?

Could processing:

[email protected] (Bill O'Reilly)

cause any kind of hiccup?
