Greetings All --

I am happy to announce that in response to my request, Zhiliang Hu has
stepped up to the plate and taken over maintainership of the SmartList
FAQ.

The SmartList FAQ is now hosted at:

	http://www.animalgenome.org/SmartList/

It's been a pleasure serving as the maintainer of the FAQ, and I'm
pleased to be able to gracefully pass this maintainership on to a
successor as capable as is Zhiliang.
