I think you have the wrong mailing list for support. The "smartlist
to go" you're asking about is PDA software, is it? This list if for
smartlist procmail mailing list program.

I have just upgraded from Smartlist 2.6 to Smartlist 3.03. I need to
email the data file to another person. With the last version, I
could go into the Smarlist folder and attach the appropriate file to
the email. With the new version, I can't find the data file on my
hard drive. I'm using Windows XP and the application folder is
C:\Program Files\Smartlist To Go

Do I have to export it from my copy and then email the Excel file?
It seems like an extra step to me.
