ASK V2.1.beta2 released

Hello,

ASK V2.1.beta2 has been released. This version fixes some bugs and user
reported issues since 2.1.beta1. Please consider upgrading if you're running
an older version of ASK.

If no more serious problems/issues arise, we'll be renaming this version
to ASK 2.2 (final).

CHANGELOG:

V2.1.beta2

- ASK PROCESS QUEUE will now return a message indicating that the queue
  is empty, it that's the case.

- Some improvements in the sample .askrc file

- Web Page moved out of the main CVS tree

- Blacklisted people were receiving a message with the confirmation template.
  Fixed.

- List of emails in rc_mymails is now handled in a case insensitive manner.

- Fixed a typo in the english template.
