I too have been using ASK for quite a while and I've never had a problem
with auto-replies kicking off the confirmation process.  I get about 1 out
of 1000 spam messages confirmed and it's usually one of the Nigerian 419
advanced fee fraud messages since some of those people actually read their
e-mail waiting for victims to reply.  They of course are quickly reported
to the mail host as a live scammer.  99% of my spam is advertising some
website or another and the from/reply-to addresses are usually forged.

I don't respond to those that require more than a e-mail reply.  I'm of
the belief that e-mail is a text medium and I should not have to wade
through HTML code or go to a website to read/confirm my mail.  I sure hope
ASK doesn't implement such a feature, and if it does, it should be very
optional.
