rc_bulkmailbox in 2.5 working?

I have this in my .askrc: rc_bulkmailbox = ${HOME}/.ask/Bulk
Does 2.5 respect rc_bulkmailbox? I see that messages marked as bulk get
queued "normally", instead of being appended to my Bulk file? Below is a
log.
