Out of all the 900 spam messages I get per day, I have noticed something. Many spamming sites will have the same domain name, but different names at the first of the emails. How about a ignore/blacklist domains from the "ask process queue" function? This could be added on just like the ignore sender but instead the sender, it do just the domain. Pretty please!
