queue process stalling

I've been using ASK 2.5.0 for several months now and it's been more or less perfect for me. But just now I've found that ASK has stopped processing commands embedded in the remote queue message reply. It just seems to ignore them completely. My logs show that it gets as far as: 2003/09/14 21:13:26 [2940]: Checking for remote commands 2003/09/14 21:13:26 [2940]: process_remote_commands(): Subject=Re: ASK queue report 2003/09/14 21:13:26 [2940]: process_remote_commands(): Found subject="Re: ASK queue report" whereas in the past it would then go on to process the message, eg: 2003/08/21 12:01:13 [9017]: process_textmode_commands(): Action [D], MD5 [30352c8fbdf810baa529a5fa91b18646] 2003/08/21 12:01:13 [9017]: confirmation_msg_queued(): File /home/paulg/.ask/queue/ask.msg.30352c8fbdf810baa529a5fa91b18646 found. Message is queued So, the question is, what could have happened to make ASK apparently stall like this?
