remote commands

hi there,

i am somewhat puzzled, and could not find an answer to this.
this time, i looked in the docu ... :-)

ask has been running fine for a few days now.

when i send the command ask help, i get the help file.
when i send ask process queue i get the corresponding answer.

now, when i edit this and reply (and this used to work), all that happens 
is, that i get an e-mail with the edited reply.

what did i miss ... as i said. this worked fine the first couple of days 
...

attached the headers from the answer to 'ask process queue' and 
the reply i get to this.
