well ... i'll be ...

i saw that in the documentation, but could not make any sense out of
it, or rather, apparently did not understand what they were talking about 
...

anyway ... works ... thanks

p.s. i have pointed ask out the sysadmin of the campus mailserver.
he is looking into it. maybe install it so everybody can use it ...
