Hi Salvatore,

The best solution, IMHO, is to use a cron job to eliminate very old entries.
In any case, it's always a good idea to browse your queue once a week or once
every two weeks. This guarantees that an eventual valid sender who didn't
respond for one reason or another won't be forgotten.
