Hi Michael,

You need to create the correct "Maildir" structure under the destination
directory. Just type:

mkdir /home/mmuller/mail/in/tmp
mkdir /home/mmuller/mail/in/new
mkdir /home/mmuller/mail/in/cur

And you should be OK. Newer versions of ASK do it automatically for you.
