Terry,

It is just looking in the "home" directory of the user.  This is
extracted from the HOME environment variable as per normal
conventions.

You could over-ride it on the command line with
--home=/var/qmail/domains/clearimageonline.com/riegel/

As for your other problem, it's probably down to a misconfiguration in
your config file of where sendmail lives.  check that the
rc_mta_command is set correctly.

When ASK sends a confirmation, there should be an entry in your log at
level 10 for:

"send_mail(): os.system(%s) returned %d"

Where %s is the program you configured, and %d was the error code.  If
%d is not zero, then something went wrong with running the command,
and it will probably have been printed to standard error, which may or
may not be going anywhere useful :).
