Granted, it only happens under very specific circumstances, but it can also be used as a reflector for spam. I particular don't think ASK, MTAs, mailing-list software, or autoresponders are effective spam reflectors as they usually mangle the original message in the reply. Use procmail to "filter" the message and add a "header xxxx" construct to your whitelist allowing everything that is not spam to come in. Works like a charm.
