Hi Bryan,

(sorry for the immense delay)

ASK has been designed to allow installation as a non-root user. You need,
however, some means of copying your programs to your host and setting up your
.forward or .procmailrc files. Unfortunately, I don't know ipowerweb enough
to give you a more precise answer.
