Hi All ASK newbie here.... :-) We are having trouble setting up ASK Our server runs RedHat AS, and each username can have multiple email accounts. For example, you can have username fred located at /home/fred, and email accounts can be: [email protected] [email protected] etc.... In order to login to check mail, you have to enter your full email address as the login name: login: [email protected] pw: whatever This enables each username to have true sales@, info@, etc. Like, /home/wilma [email protected] [email protected] login: [email protected] pw: whatever /home/barney [email protected] [email protected] login: [email protected] pw: whatever /home/betty [email protected] [email protected] login: [email protected] pw: whatever Okay, now to help accomplish this, the mail delivery file is not /var/spool/mail/username Rather, it is like this: /var/spool/vmail/fred.com/mail/sales /var/spool/vmail/fred.com/mail/info /var/spool/vmail/wilma.com/mail/sales /var/spool/vmail/wilma.com/mail/info /var/spool/vmail/barney.com/mail/sales /var/spool/vmail/barney.com/mail/info /var/spool/vmail/betty.com/mail/sales /var/spool/vmail/betty.com/mail/info -- The 64 dollar question is - how can we get ASK to work in this type of setup? -- Any help would be most, most, most appreciated. Going crazy on this end :-)))))))) Thanks :-) -- ___________________________________________________________ Sign-up for Ads Free at Mail.com http://promo.mail.com/adsfreejump.htm ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Oracle 10g Get certified on the hottest thing ever to hit the market...
