Hi Steve,

Different people have come up with different solutions to the problem,
but there is not a "sanctioned" way to do this.

The reason is that ASK was originally designed to be almost a "personal"
protection against spam. It can be easily installed system wide, but you
still need a .ask directory for each user in the system, individual
email settings and mailkey. 

I plan on (soon) changing ASK to (also) use VERPs. This will make live easier
for those willing to install it server-wide.
