help! runaway confirmations

Help!  I've started getting runaway confirmation msgs up the yin/yang. 
I've uncommented ask processing in my .procmail file, renamed 
/usr/bin/ask.py, but they're still pooring in. Spamassassin is eating up 
my cpu now aswell.
