An alternative to traditional c-r? Could this be done with ask?

I've been using ASK simply because after applying the casual methods
(spamassasin, dnsbl, etc) I still get 200-300 spams/day....

But now I'm making a concerted effort to rid myself of spam.  By getting
really agressive with several layers of dnsbl, verifying sender
addresses, etc. I think I can get this down to a manageable level - say
20 or 30 /day getting through the filters.  (The downside is that now my
per-email processing time is several seconds, but my volume is low, so
what the heck...)

What I'm looking for is an app that will look at an incoming email, and
if the sender, subject, etc. is not in a whitelist, will tag it as
***NEW SENDER*** or some such, so that a mail filter can then filter it,
and put it in a separate folder in my mailbox.  This would be done
*after* all of the other checks.

I'd like the ability to redirect the NEW SENDER emails to another
account altogether.  (Part of my
motivation is to protect my 7 year old from all those really nasty and
graphic spams out there....)

Ideally, this tool would allow some semi-automated way to maintain the
whitelist - for example periodically scanning the inbox to see if any of
the ***NEW SENDER*** messages are there, and then updating the
whitelist, and/or a web or email interface for decide-and-click disposal
of the emails.

I really don't care if this is done on a per-user or per-system; it
would be easier for me on a system-wide basis, but I see security issues
there.....

Anyone know of any such program?  Or anything that might come close?
