Hi Darryl,

I don't know if they're blocking other Challenge Request anti-spam
solutions.

The issue in question is ASK's SMTP verification of the sender. ASK will
connect back to the MX record of the sender and attempt a "HELO" command,
followed by a MAIL FROM and RCPT TO, to verify if the sender exists (the
explanation is simplified, there's more intelligence to it). At no moment,
a spam is delivered or the recipient gets to know about it. CBL's admins are
getting paranoid because they see a HELO recipient_domain.com, instead of
the sender's domain! I really don't understand why all the paranoia in this
case...

Regards,
Paga
